Global Head of Fixed Income & Multi-Asset Sales Strategy Abel Noser

Alex Sedgwick is the head of fixed income TCA and leads analytics sales at Abel Noser, a Trading Technologies company. With nearly two decades of experience in capital markets and financial technology, he has held a variety of roles focused on adapting to, and capitalizing on, the rapid electronification of global markets.

Prior to joining Abel Noser, Alex was the Head of Fixed Income Market Structure and Electronic Trading at T. Rowe Price where he was responsible for multi-asset electronic trading including the global credit, rates, and foreign exchange markets.

Before his time at T. Rowe Price, Alex spent 7 years at MarketAxess where he held several roles including managing market data operations, trading fixed income ETFs and creating and running the firm’s research department.

Alex is a recognized thought leader who is regularly consulted by regulators in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, he has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Financial Services, Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Securities and Investment and appeared twice before the SEC's Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee.
