Head of Buy Side Trading EMEA & APAC Refinitiv

Ian Mawdsley is the Head of Buy-side Trading EMEA & APAC, Refinitiv. He has been working in the financial markets for over 25 years, with the first 8 years in the front office and the remainder working within the financial technology sector. Ian joined Thomson Reuters in January 2017 following the acquisition of REDI Holdings LLC. Ian holds a Bsc in Computer Science and has completed post-graduate work around object-based systems design. He is a keen sportsman spending much of his spare time competing in triathlons alongside coaching a mini-rugby team.
