Kavy Yesair is the head of Electronic Trading and Fidelity Service BureauSM for Fidelity Capital Markets® (FCM), the institutional trading arm of Fidelity Investments®. FCM provides trading products and services to a wide array of clients, including buy-side institutions, hedge funds, other financial institutions, as well as Fidelity's retail, correspondent, and advisor businesses. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.

In this role, Mr. Yesair manages all the electronic trading teams across the broker-dealer and our buyside technology solutions. This includes sales, coverage, product (algorithms, Alternative Trading Systems), and infrastructure.

Over his 25+ year career at Fidelity, Mr. Yesair worked in multiple operations and trade support roles before ultimately establishing himself within electronic trading. He has been influential in the electronic trading space and has led considerable client and product growth.

Mr. Yesair is a founding member of the team that developed the Fidelity Service Bureau (FSB) technology over 20 years ago. Originally developed as an internal product for Fidelity's Asset Management division, FSB now boasts over 40 institutional customers with an excess of $30+ trillion in collective AUM utilizing the platform.

Mr. Yesair holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Boston University. He also holds Series 55, 7, 24, and 63 FINRA Securities licenses.
